Dr. Makam provided great care for a first customer like me. I was pleased to experience how patient he was. He listened to clients, showed enthusiasm and reached out to me directly to discuss about labs. He was very flexible when it comes to set up additional appointment when needed. Although one of his receptionist was not professional at all. When I came to his office, they found out my name was not on their system. However, another receptionist was very flexible. She helped me to quickly register for a new patient and thus enabled me to see Dr Makam on that day. Good services overall. I would recommend him to everyone. Thank you for being a good doctor and a good receptionist.
